B~ IT ~%oOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that portion of:
~OLUTioI~ 56-259 adopted on the first day of October 1956, ordering
No parking on the East side of Baker Street
betwemu Twenty-Second and Santa Clara
The South 50 feet of the North 578 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby
directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FU~TH~ R~oOLq~D: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the
California Vehicle Code Sections 21~58 and 22507 and the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, NO P~L~G ~0~S are hereby established as
follows:
On the East side of Baker Street between Santa
Clara and Twenty-Second Street
The South &2 feet of the North 578 feet
and the Director of Public ~orks is hereby directed to paint the curb RED
to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
