CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HUBERT NLELTON and RENA ~ELTON havo presented to
the City a grant deed dated January 19, 1960, in consideration
of the payment by City of $20,000.00, conveying a strip of land
~2 feet in width along the North side of Edinger, at Fairview, and
a parcel of land ll8 feet in width ~,Jorth of Edinger Street~ as an
extension of Fairview.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the
agent, is directed to place his
