OF EASEMENT TO THE S-~THERN CALIFORNIA ED~IBON COMPANY
WHEREAS, it is desired that electric energy be supplied
by underground conduits to a vault located in the City property
between Sixth and Eighth Streets in an area known as the Civic
Center, for the sole purpose of supplying electrical energy, ~ele-
phone, teletype and other communication services for the exclusive
use of the City of Santa Ana and its licensees, and for no other
purpose.
NOW, THEHEFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
hereby directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute
that certain grant of easement for the purposes outlined above
for and on behalf of said City, and said Council hereby grants
said easement on condition that the same be used exclusively for
the purposes set forth in this Resolution and be perpetually sub-
ject to modification or revocation by said City on ninety (90)
days notice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sa~ ta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th d~ of February, 1960.
