RESOLUTION NO. 60-37 GRANTING VARIANCE WHERE
COII]DITIONS WERE-~0DIFIED

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after hearing, recommended
that Varia~ ce be granted on Application No. 1259, filed by Lawrence
Lewis ~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that said Variance should
be granted, it has determined that certain conditions should be
modified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance to permit
real property in the City of Santa Ana described as Lots 6, 7, 8,
9 and 10, Block 18, of Tract No. 352, to be used as a new and used
car sales lot, is hereby granted on Application No. 1259, said
property being known and numbered as 1301-3-7-11-15 and 19 Sycamore
Street, Santa Ana, upon the basis of findings declared in Planning
Commission Resolutio~ No. 5342, and upon the following conditions:
1. That a so lid block fence be cons tructed along the
Sycamore Street property line, with entrance and exits
to be constructed in accordance with existing legal
requirements of the City of Santa Ana, and in conform-
ance with the recommendation of the Commission.
2. That the fence be 4 feet, 8 inches high except in the
vision zone at the north end along and adjacent to Wilshire
Avenue.
3- That the owner replace l0 linear feet of broken sidewalk
on Sycamore Street.
~. That the Sout~x~ost driveway be closed and the double
driveway northerly thereof be used.
5. That these conditions be complied ~ th prior to issuance
of a Utilities Release by the Building Department.
