CASH CONSIDERAT 00~
WHEREAS, CRODDY CORPORATION and WESLEY J. FARNEY and DOROTHY
_FARNEY have delivered to the City a deed granting a strip of land
along the South side of First Street ?82.30 feet 10ng and ll feet
wide for the purpose of widening First Street, in consideration of
the payment of $8,867.00; and
WHEREAS, ARNOLD B. GASSER and PAULA GASSER have delivered to
the City a deed granting property for Fairview Street North of //~/
Edinger, in consideration of the payment of $4,760.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds, approves the payment of said consideration, and directs Carl
J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, to place his Certificate
of Acceptance upon the face of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular.meeting held on the 7th day of March, 1960.
