PAYING NO CASH CONS~RATION
WHEREAS, ~UGI and SUKAMI MORIMOTp have delivered to the City a
deed dated 2-t760 conveying an easement for water line purposes along
the East side of Newhope~ North of Hazard; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM D. CRAIG and JOY M. CRAIG have delivered to the~/
City a deed dated 2-17-60, granting an easement for water line put-
poses along the East side of Newhope, North of Hazard; and

WHEREAS, ~ILLA i~VIERA DEVELOPMENT. INC. has delivered to the
City a deed dated 2-9-60, granting an easement for sewer purposes
for Tract No. 3387; and
WHEREAS, E. REESE ALLISON and~.~ELEN E. PEDDICORD have delivered~/~
to the City a deed dated 3-2-60, conveying an easement for street
purposes along the East side of Grand Avenue, North of 17th; and
WHEREAS, ~RISTOL PLAZa, a partnership, has delivered to the
City a deed dated 2-29-60, granting an easement for street pur-
poses along the West side of Bristol South of McFadden, and grant-
ing all vehicular access rights to Bristol; and
WHEREAS, ARTHUR B. K~IGHT.has delivered to the City a deed
dated 2-19-60, granting a street easement along the South side of
Chestnut Street East of McClay, and granting vehicular access rights
to Chestnut with ~ exception; and
WHEREAS, _~RGARET L.~ EDWARD M. and THOMAS L~ HAL~ have deliv-/~
ered to the City a deed d~ted 2L24-60, granting vehicular access
rights on the West side of Standard, North of Occidental; and
WHEREAS~ C~RDINAL HOMES, a partnership, has delivered to City~$~
a deed dated 2-19-60, granting ~ easement for walkway and water
line on the East side of Fairview, South of ~cP~adden;
NOW, THEREFOR~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance upon the face of same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of March, 1960.
