SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ADOFTING AND ~PROV~NG
THE MA~I~R AC~;~T FOR EXrENDITURE OF Fdt~DS
ALLOOAT~U UNDER ~ECTION 2107.~ OF ~E ~TREETS
AND HIGHWAY~ UOD~
WHEREAS, a m~ter agreement has been presented to be entered into with the
State of California for expenditure of the engineering -1location in the City of
~anta Ama, ~;
WHEREAS, the City Coumcil has heard read said agreement in full amd is
~'amiliar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved oy the City Council of the City of Santa Ama that
said master agreement be and it is here0y adop~e~ to cover the 0udgeting of pro-
posed expenditures of the engineering ,]1 ocation to Cities, and said agreement be
and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are
directed to sign the same on 0ehalI' oI' said City, said agreement to be ~indZng
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized ol'ficials of the State.
ADOFTED this 7th day of March, 1960.
