Re: Extension of Agreement (N-2020-116) to Provide Assessment District Administration
Services
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Willdan Financial
Services ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 15, 2020, the time period of the Agreement
is hereby extended for an additional one-year period through June 14, 2025. Any insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
