SUM OF $7500.00 FOR THE PURPOSE EXPRESSED
IN ARTICLE II OF THE MASTER AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF HIGH-.
WAYS.
WHEREAS, from funds available ~nder Section 2107.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code it has been determined to allocate $7500.00
for engineering of City Streets during the 1960-61 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it is determined to
allocate the sum of $7500.00 for engineering costs as set forth under
Article II of the Master Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and
the State of Cglifornia Division of Highways, for the fiscal year 1960-
61, said sum to be budgeted for work to be done by the City of Santa
Ana engineering staff in the Department of Public Works of said City;
said budget proposal is hereby adopted and t~Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are directed to sign the same for and on behalf of said
City, said budget proposal to be binding upon said City, upon its
approval by the authorized officials of the State.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 60-43 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on April 4, 1960.
