RESOLUTION . 60-6h
DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION AND CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS
AND CURB ~RKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~
BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21356 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations
are hereby established as follows$
#YIELD RIGHT OF WAY# signs designating Wilshire Avenue to 'yield to~
Rene Drive,
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to effectuate
the regulation as hereinabove described:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follows:
Wilshire Avenue between Rene Drive and Linda Way
North side, east 20 feet
South side, east 20 feet
Wilshire Avenue between Rene Drive and Spruce Street
North side, west 20 feet
South side, west 20 feet
Rene Drive between Wilshire and Oahl Lane
West side, south 20 feet
East side, south 20 feet
Rene Drive between WiIshire and Jan Way~
West side, north 20 feet
East side, north 20 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the
