PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS~ LOS ANGELES TRAUMATIC REHABILITATION SERVICE ha~ presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated March 31, 1960, in consideration of
payment of $7,500.00, conveying property on the south side of West First
Street, east of the S~nta Aua River, as .~n easement for ~.ridening First Street;
NOW, THEBEFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: Th~.t the City of Santa Ans ~ccepts
said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on such deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the hth day of April, 1960.
