CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HENRY AND MARY BUCKWALTER have presented to the
City a deed dated April 20, 1960, granting easement for street // ~ i
purposes on the South side Bishop West of Halliday; and
WHEREAS, SCOTT AND COMPANY, a corporation, Has presented
to the City a deed dated April 12, 196~ conveying a street ease- !it,
ment on the West side of Main Street North of Edgewood Road; and
WHEREAS, R. MARTIN and R. L. PYLE have presented
to the City a deed dated February 29, 1960, conveying land for
Maywood Street at Lyon; and
WHEREAS, J. & O. M., INC. Have presented to the City a
deed dated March 2, 1960, conveying a drainage easement in Tract
NO. 3637; and
WHEREAS, C~~, a partnership, has pres~ted to
the City a deed dated April 29, 1960,~anting a sewer easement
North of First Street; and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY has presented to the City
an indenture dated February 1, 1960, conveying street easements // i;
for proposed Garnsey, Central and Birch streets, South of Delhi and
a portion of the South half of Delhi Road;,and
WHEREAS, all of which said deeds are without cash consider-
ation being paid by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds and cause the
same to be recorded.
