QUITCLAIM DEED Tb KENNETH AND MARCIA PRICE
WHEREAS, in 1915 the City of Santa Ana acquired a right
of way across certain property for the m~lntenance of a sewer
line which has for many years been unused and abandoned and it is
now the desire of the grantees herein to clear title to their
property
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming all interests of the City of Santa Ana in and to Lots 19
and 20 of the Re-Plat of Santa Ana Acres as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 5, Page 8 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of ithe City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ~ , 1960.
