IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM C. and MIGNONNE BORLAND have presented
to the City a deed dated May 9, 1960, granting to the City Lot 8
in Block A of Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana as per map
recorded in Book 34, page 93 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California. Said property is located on the
East side of Garnsey Street, the fourth lot North of Sixth Street,
and is known and numbered as 619 North Garnsey Street, in consider-
ation of $12,750 .~ ~.¥~ !~ ....
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts
said deed,and Carl J. Thornton,, the City's designated agent, is
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed and
to provide for its recording through the escrow now open with
Orange County Title Company.
