RESOLUTION NO. 60-103 ORDERING VACATION AND
ABANDONMENT OF SULLIVAN STREET NORTH OF FIFTH STREET
WHEREAS, heretofore, on May 16, 1960, the City Council
adopted Resolution No. 60-99 declaring its intention to vacate
the portion of Sullivan Street herein described, which Resolution
was published and posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held thereon on June 6,
1960, and after hearing, the Council has decided that said street
should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City cf Santa Ana hereby finds that the portion of Sullivan Street
herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes
its order vacating and abandoning,for street purposes,the portion
of Sullivan Street, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
That portion of Sullivan Street as shown on a map of Tract
No. 633 in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 19, Page 4 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, lying Northerly of the Westerly prolonga-
tion of the North line of the South 12.00 feet of Lot 13
in Block "C" of said Tract No. 633 and bounded on the
Northwest by the Southwesterly prolongation of the South-
easterly line of Lot 16 in Block "C" of said Tract No. 633.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1960.
