ASCHER WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED DENIAL. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing on notice, has recommended denial of Variance Application No. 1291, and the City Council, after consideration, has decided that said Variance should be granted upon certain conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby grants a Variance on the Application No. 1291 to permit the use of property known and numbered as 713 Spurgeon Street, Santa Aha, California, lying in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: AP-9-015-03, Thomas Add., S 30 feet Lot 2 N 35 feet Lot 3, City Of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, known as 713 Spurgeon Street, in an R-3 District, to be used for the conversion of an existing apartment into an office for the Burton Detective Agency in ac- cordance with regulations. Said Variance is granted subject to conditions: 1. That the existing drive approach be replaced with a standard approach. 2. That approximately 9 lineal feet of broken sidewalk along Spurgeon Street be replaced. 3. That no new or different signs be used on the property, but that existing signs may remain. 4. That all of the above conditions be complied with prior to issuance of a utilities release by the Building Department. 5. That this Variance shall terminate whensoever in the future Mr. Burton is no longer operating from said location.
