PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION.
WHEREAS, BEKINS VAN AND STORAGE COMPANY, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated May 17, 1960, granting easement
for street purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of
Arnett Drive; and

WHEREAS, ELMER LEROY BENSON and ALICE M. BENSO~_have presented//g~
to the City a deed dated April 25, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, West of
Old Tustin Road; and
WHEREAS, THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body
politic and corporate, has presented to the City a deed dated April 26,
1960, conveying easement for drainage purposes from Tract No. 3637 into
the Santa Ana River; and
WHEREAS, RAYMOND C. ERHARDT and LAURA EPd{ARDT have presented //~
to the City a deed dated May 24, 1960, granting an easement for street
purposes on the East side of Main Street, North of Owens Drive; and
WHEREAS, VERNON L. VALENTINE and JOSEPHINE E. VALENTINE and H ~ ~
~RED R. WAUGH and RUTH E. WAUGH have presented to the City a deed dated'
April 26, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West '
side of Main Street, South of Arnett Drive; and
WHEREAS, ND-MARTS, INC., a corporation, has presented to the
City a deed dated April 22, 1960,
on the West side of Main Street,
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA MOTEL,
granting easement for street purposes
South of Arnett Drive; and
a partnership, composed of Paul E. i1~
Berger, Trustee and Helen M. Berger, Trustee, has presented to the
City a deed dated May 24, 1960, granting an easement for street
purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of Roe. Drive; and
WHEREAS, HENRY G. BUCKWALTER and MARY MARGARET BUCKWALTER~ ha~~
presented to the City a deed dated April 30, 1959, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes on the South side of Bishop, West of Halladay;
and

WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Car~ J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1960.
