CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ELIAS G. BELTRAN and ELVIRA BELTRAN have presented
to the City a deed dated June 29, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of First Street, West of Baker
Street; and
WHEREAS ~o¥ c. RR~nT.Ry and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY have presented
to the City a deed dated June 23, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the West side of Greenville Street, North of
Pomona; and
WHEREAS ADENINE RUTH BLOWER an4 DIAN~E '~U~E~ ~DD¥, have pre- /~
sented to the City a deed dated ~ay 25, 1960, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the East side of Main Street, North of Edgewood
Road; and
WHEREAS ~O~N~ BLOWER aD.d ADELINE R.. BLOW.ER and.~$ G.!RARD f~%~
~have presented to the City a deed dated June 22, 1960, conveying
to the City an easement for street purposes on the East side of Main
Street, North of Edgewood Road.; and
WHEREAS LONG B~ACH LEASING CORPORATION and JOHN B. KILROY, have
presented to the City a deed dated June 6, 1960, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of Fairview Street between Delhi
Road and Segerstrom Avenue; and
WHEREAS all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place
his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of July,
