CITY IS PAYING EO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPi~ENT COMPAh~, a corporation, ~nd /~ ~
,ALLISON HONER COMPAiqY, a co-partnership, have presented to the City
a deed dated July 13, 1960, conveying vehicular access rights on the
West side of Bristol Street, North of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, GARDENDALE DEVELOPb~NT COMPANy_, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated July 1, 19~0, conveying an ease-
ment for water line purposes from Corta Drive to Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'I~at the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th day of July, 1960.
