A CORPORATION, A~D ALLISON HONER COM9AA~, A
CO-PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, heretofore the City accepted deeds dedicatin~
vehicular access rights on the West side of Bristol Street, North
of Seventeenth Street from Honer Development Company, a corporation,
and Allison Honer Company, a co-partnership, and it now appears that
said vehicular access rights were incorrectly located and described
by said deeds; and
WHEREAS, Honer Development Company, a corporation, and Allison
Honer Company, a co-partnership, have executed another deed conveying
said vehicular access rights from the property on the West side of
Bristol Street, North of Seventeenth Street, correctly located and
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~at the City Council hereby
instructs the ~%ayor and the Cler~ of the Council to execute a Quit--
claim Deed to Honer Development Compa~, a corporation, and Allison
Honer Company, a co-partnership, quitclaiming the vehicular access
rights conveyed in the deeds recorded in Book 4223, Pages 79, ~0 and
~1, Official Records of Orange County, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San~a
ular meeting held on the l~th day of July, 1960.
