BOTH SIDES OF DELHI ROAD BEtWEEN HARBOR BOULEVARD
AND GREENVILLE STREET AND ON ~E NORTH SIDE
BETWEEN GREENVILLE AND RAITT STREETS
WHEREAS, it is proposed that any and all improvements along
certain areas of Delhi Road will provide adequate off-street parking
for their own use and that on-street parking should not be allowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That in accordance with the
authority contained in Vehicle Code, Section 22507 and in accordance
with the provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal Code the City Council
hereby establishes "No Parking" areas where the parking or standing
of vehicles is prohibited as follow~:
(1) No person shall park or stand any vehicle on either side
of Delhi Road between Harbor Boulevard and Greenville Street.
(2) No person shall park or stand any vehicle on the North
side of Delhi Road between Greenville Street and Raitt
Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Department of Public Works
is hereby directed to post signs giving notice of the prohibition
herein contained. .,.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1960.
