CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CORA WILSON and LOREN C. WILSON have presented I ~
to the City a deed dated July 19, 1960, granting to the City one
parcel of land located on the West side of Patton Street and North
of Sixth Street in the City of Santa Ana, in consideration of the
payment of $12,600.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1960.
