CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ,JAMES FLIPPEN, ~RION S. FLIPPEN and EDITH H,
_FLIPPEN have presented to the City a deed dated July 28,1960,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of
Berrydale Street,South of Trask Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ~INETTE R. WILSON, JOHN R. WILSON and JOHN R.
~ILSONt Trustee, have presented to the City a deed dated July 25,
1960, conveying an easement for sewez and drainage purposes from
Tract No. 3791 to McFadden Avenue; and
~%~EREAS, ~EVERE ~OPPER AND BRASS, INC., a Maryland Corporation,~
has presented to the City a deed dated February 25, 1960, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the East side of Bristol Street,
North of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, REVERE COPPER AND BRASS, !NC., a Maryland Corporation,

has presented to the City a deed dated February 25, 1960, conveyin~
an easement for street purposes on the Southeast Corner of Shelton
Street and Hemlock Way; and
W~EREAS,.~EVERE COPPER AND BRASS, INC., a ~4aryland Corporation,
has presented to t~e City a deed dated February 25, 1960, conveying ~
an easement for street purposes over the Southerly extensioR of
Flower Street, South of Delhi Road; and
WHEREAS, REVERE COPPER AND BRASS, INC., a Maryland corporation,

has presented to the City a deed dated February 25, 1960, conveying
to the City an easement for street and drainage purposes on Flower
Street, South of Delhi Road; and
WHEREAS,

ARTHUR H. FAMULARO has presented to the City a deed

of First Street, West of King Street; and

WHEREAS, RICHARD PIASTER and ESTHER HASTER have presented / ~
to the City a deed dated July 19, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of First Street, East of
Sullivan Street; and
~EREAS, ~.AROLE MAE FAMULARO has presented to the City a /,3
deed dated July 22, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the South side of First Street, West of King Street; and
WHEREAS, DOUGLAS-GUARDIAN WAREHOUSE CORPORATION, a Louisiana
Corporation, has presented to the City a Quitclaim Deed dated
July 7, 1960, quitclaiming to the City their interest in an easement
for street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street, East of
Sullivan Street; and
?~EREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1960.
