WHERF~AS, the City of Santa Aha has entered into an agreement
with t~e County of Orange for the establishment of a County Arterial
Highway System; and
P~EREAS, it is agreed that provisions for the limitation of
access ~o the Arterial System is necessary in order ho protect the
integrity of the system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City of Santa Ana
hereby establishes a policy to require the subdivider of property
abutting said primary arterial system to provide for limitation or
restriction of access, as a condition of approval of a Subdivision
i4ap by the City Council; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Clerk of the Council is
hereby instructed to transmit to the Road Conm~issioner a certified
copy of this Resolution.
