DECLARING THROUGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code
Sections 21352. 21354. and 21355. and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections
3204 and 3201, the following are hereinafter declared through streets:
