]~ IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 22507, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that
portion of: RESOLUTION NO. 56-148 adopted on the 21st day of May 1956, ordering the curb
painted BED on
The North side of Fourth Street between Sycamore Street and Main Street as follows:
The East 8 feet of the West 211 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinde~. The Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs.
~ IT AAS0 RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 22507, and the Santa Aua Municipal Code, Sections 3201, Commercial and/or
Passenger Loading Zone is hereby established as follows:
The North side of Fourth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street as follows:
The West 47 feet of the East 6%% feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YEIJ3DW and install
signs to effectuate the above declarations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aua at its regular meeting
held on the 19th day of September 1960.
