PROHIBITING PA~KING IN EXCESS OF TWO HOURS O~ THE SOUTH AND NORTH SIDES OF
EIGHTH STREET, BETWEt~ BUSH STREET AND SPURGEC~ STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, as follows:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
~ection 22507, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3216, the following
parking limitations are established:
No person shall park any vehicle upon any portion of Eighth Street, on
the South and North sides, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, and
leave the same so parked for a period of time longer than two hours,
between the hours of 7:00 A. N. and 6:00 P. M. of any day, except
Sundays and holidays.
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED: That the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause signs to be posted along the above described street, at least two to
the block, indicating such parking limitation and prohibition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 3rd . day of October 1960.
