CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HAZEL E. GREENFIELD, a widow, who acquired title
as HAZEL E. GINGLES 9n~A~A b%~,~ CURN~TT, an unmarried woman, who
acquired title as ALTA b~E GINGLES have presented to the City a
deed dated October 7, 1960, granting to the City a parcel of real
property located in the Santa Ana Civic Center area and described as
follows:
Lot 2 of Visels Addition, as per map thereof recorded in
Book 3, Page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
in consideration of the payment of $17,700.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 45394-F with the Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, EA~% ~RRY SHEFL~N and ANNA L. SHEFLIN have presented
to the City a deed dated October 5, 1960, granting to the City a / ~,.
parcel of real property located in the Santa Ana Civic Center area
and described as follows:
%~he East 41 feet of the West 82 feet of Lots 10, 11, and
12 in Block "B" of the Chilton Tract Addition to Santa
Ana, as per map thereof recorded in Book 34, Page 93, of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
in consideration of the payment of $11,~34.00; further, the City
of Santa Ana is to pay to the grantors, and through the same escrow,
an additional sum of $200.00 for certain personal property, itemized
in the Escrow instructions. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 45381-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825
North Broadway, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1960.

I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of
