CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WESLEY J.
presented to the City a deed dated October 5, 1960, conveying
vehicular access rights on the South side of First Street, East of
McClay Street; and
WHEREAS, WESLEY J. FARNEY and THE CRODDY C0~pQP~ION have
presented to the City a deed dated October 5, 1960, conveying
vehicular access rights on the South side of First Street, East of
McClay Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1960.
