the City a deed dated October 26, 1980, granting to the City a
parcel of real property located at the lJortheast corner of Franklin
and blyrtle Streets in the City of Santa Ann and described as follows:
Lot 24 and the South 46 feet of Lot 22 of Block C of
Tract No. 233, Franklin Place, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 13, Page 9 of ~iscellaneous 3~aps,
records of Orange County, California,
in consideration of the payment of $11,800.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow ~
~o. 45463-7 with the Security Title
Insurance Company, ~25 ~[orth Broadway, Santa Ann, California.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: £~hat the City accepts said
deed and Carl J. '~hornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to 91ace his Certificate of Accelptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on November 7, 19~0.
