[~ALL, ED~ARD A. HALL, and THO4AS LYOiq iiALL have now requested drive way locations across said area, and the City has determined to grant the same; and ?~I~EREAS, heretofore the City has acquired street right of way on the West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, Which overlaps a predetermined Orange County Flood Control District drainage channel, and the City has determined to grant said overlapping area to the ORANGE COL~TY FLOOD CO~;TROL DISTRICT. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the liayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed_qkg~t- all the vehicular access rights on the West side of Standard Avenue, __Sg~b .9? ~%~g.e~ street,9nd to deliver the same to said owners. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the CleriC of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming to the ©iQ%NGE COUIj~i~Y FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT that parcel located on -the West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, for the Greenville-Banning Channel, and denoted as parcel 802 by said ORANGE COUNTY ~LOOD CON'~ROL DISTRICT, and to deliver the same to said CRA~GE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Noven~er, 1960.
