CONCERNING PARKING LllvZ~TATIONS AND CURB MAfCKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH
BE IT RESCLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 22507 and the Santa Aha M~nicipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3216
the City of Santa Ana declares that Paragraph 1, Resolution 59-201 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"No Parking between ~:O0 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. on both sides of
Cubbon Street between Main Street and Cypress Avenue, and on both
sides of Cypress Avenue between a line 200 feet South of Cubbon
and Cubbon, and on the West side of Cypress Avenue between a line
100 feet North of Cubbon and Cubbon; and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to install'the No Parking between 4:00
P.M. and 6:00 A.M. signs to ef£ectuate the regulation~as hereinabove
described."
PASSED AED ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 7th
