IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
~FHEREAS, N. F. ANDREWS and ZEREDA ANDREWS have presented to
the City a deed dated october 27, 1950, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of First Street, West of Sullivan
Street, in consideration of the payment of $2,826.20. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 45474-C with the Security
Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed and Carl J. 'l~ornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Nov~nber, 1960.
