CiTY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SUPRF~LE INVESTWiENT CO., a corporation, has presented
to the City a Corporation Quitclaim Deed dated November 15, 1960, /~
quitclaiming an easement for alley purposes for Tract No. 3547; and
%~HEREAS, DANIEL P. STEWART and HAZEL A. STEWART have presented
to the City a deed dated November 15, 1960, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, West of
Berrydale Street; and
WHEREAS, JOE S. ARIANO and MARY ARiA~O have presented to the
City a deed dated November 3, 1960, conveying an easement for street "~
purposes on the North side of Silver Drive, West of Verano Street; and
WHEREAS, LONG BEACH L~EAS NG CORPORATION and JOHN B. KI~O_~Y have
presented to the City a deed dated November 2, 1960, conveying an /~
easement for street purposes providing for Susan Street from Central
Avenue to Segerstrom Road; and
~HEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, 'i'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
