RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, MAF~ING FINDINGS ON PETITION
AND WAIVER (ASSESSME~2 DISTRICT NO. 204)
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha, California, a Petition signed by certain
property owners requesting the construction of certain improve-
ments in Golden West Avenue and other Streets (Assessment
District No. 204) in said City; and
WHEREAS, said Petition contains a waiver of the provisions
and limitations prescribed by Division 4 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Council has reported that said
Petition and Waiver contains the signatures of all of the owners
of more than sixty (60%) percent in area of the property to be
subject to the assessment for said improvement, all in accordance
with said Division 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that said Petition and
Waiver has been signed by all of the owners of more than Sixty
(60%) percent in area of the property to be subject to assessment
for the improvement requested in said Petition, and meets the
requirements of Section 2804 of said Division 4 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 2. That said Petition and Waiver be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha.
