THE CITY IS PAYIi~G NO CASH CONSIDERA!~ION
WHEREAS, ~NA~ETH C. PRICE and MARCIA HUBER PRICE have
presented to the City a deed dated November 21, 1960, conveying
an easement for street purposes on ~cFadden Avenue, East of the
Santa Ana Eiver; and
dated Noven~oer 23, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the East side of ~Jewhope Street, South of Westminster Avenue; and
WHEREAS, $~Pd~LAN L. SCOTT and JESSIE ~',i. SCOTT, have oresented
to the City a deed dated August 18, 1960, conveying an easement fbr --
street purposes on the East side of Berrydale Street, North of
'fwenty-First Street; and
WHEREAS, G. ALWAY, INC., a corporation, has presented to the/~ ~
/!
City a deed dated November 22, 1960, granting certain parcels of
land for street purposes on Twenty-First Street, East of Berrydale
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Z'~ RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of December, 1960.
