BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of the
Planning Commission the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby
affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal Appli-
cation No. 171 on Conditional Use Permit No. 209, filed by DONALD M.
BIRD, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of January, 1966.
