FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED (ENGI~m~ING)
FUNDS
WtKEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City
and the State of California on March 25, 1960, for expenditure of
State allocated (engineering) funds under Section 2107.5 of the
Streets and Highway Code; and
W~EAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds reccmnaended to be made
during the 1965-66 Fiscal Year; amd
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget
proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, '£~k~-~IRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aaa that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted
as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds
for engineering to cities, said budget proposal to be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Director of Public Works is directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City, and said budget proposal is to
be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California,
in accordance with the Provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and
Righways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ~y the City Council of the City of Santa
Aaa at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of February, 1966.
