RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE AMENDMENT, ALTERATION
AND MODIFICATION OF THE DIAGRAM AND
ASSESSMENT.
(Assessment District No. 227,
Figueroa-Fifth)
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the
City of Santa Ana, California, has heretofore made and
filed with the Clerk of the Council an assessment and
diagram for that certain work done under and pursuant to
the Improvement Act of 1911 (commencing at Section 5000,
Streets and Highways Code) and resolution of intention,
Resolution No. 65-94.
NOW~ THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, Calzfornia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. Said diagram and assessment shall
be amended, altered and modified in the manner set forth
in the "Schedule of Amendments" attached to and made a
part of this resolution.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is
hereby authorized and directed to amend, alter and modify
said diagram and assessment in the manner provided herein
and, during the course of said hearing, to return said
assessment to this City Council as so amended, altered
and modified.
