IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
ASS'T.
WHEREAS, CALVIN ROHRS and RUSSELL ROHRS, as Co-Trustees under
that Declaration of Trust dated January 19, 1965, executed by MINNIE
MEIER, as Trustor, have executed a deed dated March 21, 1966,
conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes
on the north side of Seventeenth Street and the west side of Grand
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA has executed a
deed dated January 24, 1966, granting to the City of Santa Ana its
interest in an easement for street purposes on the east side of Main
Street and the north side of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, J. EUGENE ROHRS and VERA C. ROHRS have executed a
deed dated March 29, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street,
west of Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1966.
