CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, A California corporation,
has executed a deed dated May 12, 1966, conveying to the City real
property located on the south side of Warner Avenue, west of Redhill
Avenue; and e
WHEREAS, TRINITY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH OF SANTA ANA, a
California corporation, has executed a deed dated May 10, 1966,
conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the south
side of Hazard Avenue at West Street; and
WHEREAS, LECCO, a partnership composed of C. A. RANNEY JR.,
L. G. THIELEMEIR, W. E. CRANE, and C. C. HUMPHRIES, has executed a
deed dated May 10, 1966, conveying to the City easements for street
purposes on the west side of Harbor Boulevard and the north side of
McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM,
HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM have executed
a deed dated May 19, 1966, conveying to the City easements for
street purposes for Fairview Street from Talbert Avenue to a point
750 feet south of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1966.
