QUITCLAIM DEED TO O. E. SEEBER IN CONSIDERATION
OF THE SUM OF $2,846.25
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of an undivided one-half
interest of a parcel of real property located at the northeast
corner of Walnut and Franklin Streets in the City of Santa Ana,
which property is of no value except to the Owner of the remaining
undivided one-half interest, who has agreed to purchase the same
for a cash consideration of $2,846.25 through Escrow No. 54544-C
with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the Mayor and
the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a deed quitclaiming to ORVILLE E. SEEBER, also known as
O. E. SEEBER, the City's interest in and to that certain real
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot 9 in Block B of Tract 233, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 13, page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same into said Escrow No. 54544-C.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966.
