GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY WITH NO CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested
an easement for the purpose of furnishing electrical energy to the
South Reservoir site north of Alton Avenue, west of Bristol Street,
on order placed by the City of Santa Ana for such service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby
directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute that certain
GRANT OF EASEMENT, margin dated 7-15-66, Identity No. 4-1333 R, to
the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, which is understood between
the parties thereto to be for the sole purpose of conveying electric
energy to be used by the City of Santa Ana for the operation of the
City's South Reservoir.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966.
