PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SANTA ANA RIVER SOUTH
OF FIFTH STREET ANNEX"
~R~AS, at the regular meeting of the City Council ~el~ ~is
date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to
was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written
protests were filed against said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was given
by Resolution 66-97, there was not a majority protest against the
annexation of territory designated "SANTA ANA RIVER SOUTH OF FIFTH
STREET ANNEX".
