QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on Fairview Street, south of Warner Avenue, dedicated vehicular access
rights to the City and the present owners have now requested access
rights to Fairview Street, which the City has determined should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular
access rights to Fairview Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Ail vehicular access rights to Fairview Street from the lands
lying west of the west line of Fairview Street over a strip of
land, 40.00 feet in width, the center line of which bears South
88° 59' 45" West from a point on said center line of Fairview
Street, said point being South 1° 00' 15" East 649.00 feet from
the intersection of the center lines of Warner Avenue and Fairview
as said streets are shown on a map of survey filed in Book 66,
Page 8, Records of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of August, 1966.
