HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-127RESOLUTION 66-127 AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 3.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 WHEREAS, On November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended this Resolution; and WHEREAS, it is now desired to assign new schedule numbers to the class titles and to add certain classes and attendant numbers to the list of titles in Section 3, and to change some rates set out in Section 3.1 of said Resolution No. 58-281; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 3: Allocation of Classes of Employment to Salary and Wa~e Schedules. The extra compensation in each case shall be, in addition to the regular scheduled pay, the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per month. **Any person employed in the class of Plan Checking Engineer who is not registered in the State of California as a Civil Engineer shall be paid in Schedule 65. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3.1: Part-Time and Temporary Rates. Mart-Time and temporary employees under the following class titles shall receive wages based on the rates set opposite the class title: RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT Recreation Attendant Recreation Leader I Recreation Leader II Recreation Specialist Cashier Lifeguard Chief Lifeguard Swimming Instructor Swimming Pool Manager Sports Official - Adult Sports Official - Junior Score Official LIBRARY DEPARTMENT Library Page Story Teller POLICE DEPARTMENT Crossing Guard CITY MANAGER 1.35 per hour 1.75-2.00-2.10-2.20 per hour 2.30-2.40-2.50 per hour 2.50 per hour 1.85 per hour 2.10 per hour 2.40 per hour 2.20 per hour 2.85-3.00-3.15 per hour 3.30-4.40-5.00 per game 1.20-1.75-2.30 per game 2.30 per game 1.35-1.45 per hour 2.00 per hour 7.00 per day Student Intern 2.15 per hour BE IT ~ RESOLYED: That all other Resolutions amend~ Sections 3 and 3.1 of the Resolution No.~8-281 are declared to be supersede~, rescinde~ and repealed By this Resolution.
