OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of a 10 foot by 30 foot
strip of land adjacent to the alley south of Chestnut Avenue at Center Street, which
said land has been used as a chlorinator site; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said land is of no further use to
the City for said purpose and is of value only to the adjacent landowners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN
SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF TILE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR
RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the real property in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The South 10 feet of the West 15 feet of Lot 30 and the South 10 feet
of the East 15 feet of Lot 31 of Tract No. 2752, as shown ona Map
recorded in Book 79, pages 30 and 31 Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966.
