THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PATRICK. P. PRIZIO and ISABELLE PRIZIO, as an undivided
1/2 interest, and DAVID W. PRIZIO and BETTY J. PRIZIO, as an undivided 1/2
interest, have executed a deed dated August 10, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for water purposes on the north side of Edinger Avenue and east of Grand
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, FREDERICK R. SACHER and RUTH F. SACHER have executed
a deed dated August 4, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for water main
purposes on the south side of Stevens Avenue and the east side of Main Street; and
WHEREAS, T. R. BOLTE DEVELOPMENT, INC., a California corporation
and ERICO, INC., a California corporation, have executed a deed dated August 22,
1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Grand Avenue and the south side of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CLYDE M. BISHOP and ETHEL R. BISHOP have executed a
deed dated August 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
on the north side of Fairhaven Avenue and east of Glassell Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CLYDE M. BISHOP and ETHEL R. BISHOP have executed a
deed dated August 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street and
highway purposes on the northeast corner of Fairhaven Avenue and Glassell
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City of Santa Aha.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place
his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966.
