IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VIRGINIE CALLENS, also known as VIRGINIA CALLENS,
and MARY GISLER have executed a deed dated October 3, 1966, granting
to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes at the
northeast corner of Bristol Street and Sunflower Avenue; and
WHEREAS, OTTO F. SCHROEDER and JOSEPHINE J. SCHROEDER have
executed a deed dated September 28, 1966, granting to the City of
Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the west side of Glassell
Street and the north side of Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, LONNIE M. DUNN and MARY R. DUNN have executed a deed
dated October 12, 1966, granting to the City of SantaAna an easement
for water main purposes east of Ritehey Street, south of Edinger
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of SantaAna
accepts said deeds, and the City Manager is hereby directed to place
his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds as the City's authorized
agent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 25th day of~ October, 1966.
