BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN THE GRANTING O~
A VARIANCE ON VARIANCE APPLICATION 66-75 FILED
BY REASON COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Adminis-
trator approved a variance on Variance Application 66-75, filed by
REASON COMPANY, INC., to allow the construction of an open bay
building for the repair and servicing of automobiles at 909 North
Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, California, in an R-3 District; said
Variance was granted subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 183 was duly filed by the
applicant appealing Conditions No. 1 and No. 3 imposed by the Zoning
Administrator in his approval of said variance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined that
said Conditions No. 1 and No. 3 should be eliminated from the granting
of said Variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Conditions No. 1 and
No. 3 as set forth in the Finding of~Fact on Variance Application
66-75 are hereby deleted from the conditions imposed by the Zoning
Administrator in the granting of said Variance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966.
